In order to make an appointment, please fill out our request form and then text us. We are a small practice but will respond as quickly as we can. Our regular business hours are 8-5, with evening and weekend appointments also available. All house calls are by appointment only. If this is an emergency please contact your veterinarian or take to a 24-hour veterinary hospital in Salt Lake City.

Our independent, locally-owned mobile practice is based in Snyderville, just outside Park City, UT. Please see the map below to see which neighborhoods are included in our regular and extended service areas. If your location is outside of the highlighted areas you are welcome to fill out the form, as we may still be able to help you and your pet.
