If you are seeking end of life care for your pet, please fill out our request form and then text us (phone number is at the end of the form). We are a small practice but will respond as quickly as we can.

Our regular business hours are 9-5 M-F, with evening and weekend appointments also available. All house calls are by appointment only.
If this is an emergency please contact your veterinarian or take to an urgent care or 24-hour veterinary hospital.
Our independent, locally-owned mobile practice is based in Snyderville, just outside Park City, UT, and our service area includes 84098 and 84060. We offer extended service areas to Kamas, Heber, and Wanship. If your location is outside of the highlighted areas you are welcome to fill out the appointment request form, as we may still be able to help you and your pet.
