Euthanasia

Euthanasia appointments start at $550. There may be additional costs for same day appointments, larger pets, aggressive pets, extended travel outside Park City, and evening/weekend/holidays. what to expect

Aftercare Cremation

We offer reserved private, individual, and communal cremation through our trusted crematory partner in Salt Lake City, Pet Reflections. Aftercare costs start at $200 for communal, $350 for private, and $425 for reserved private cremation, and depend on the size of your pet. Ashes are not returned with communal cremation but are scattered respectfully in the on-site gardens.

Palliative Care

Initial palliative, acupuncture, and quality of life consultation house calls start at $425, with follow-up visits starting at $325. There may be additional costs for same day appointments, larger pets, aggressive pets, extended travel outside of Park City, and evening/weekend/holidays. We understand that sometimes a palliative care/quality of life housecall needs to transition to an end of life visit. If that is the case, the pricing will change to the in-home euthanasia cost, with an additional $100 fee.  what to expect

Telehealth Quality of Life Consultation

Telehealth consultations are $125 for a 30-45 minute discussion. what to expect

Twilight Care Bundle

Additionally, a quality of life package is available, which includes one in-person housecall and 3 follow up telehealth visits (at flexible intervals), for $700.

Payment process

Payment is required at the time of service. We can send invoices if you want to pay ahead of the housecall. At this point we do not require a deposit to make an appointment but do request at least 12 hours notice of cancellation so we can stay flexible to serve the Park City community. 

Credit Card Fee Notice: If you use a credit card, we will charge an additional 3% fee to help offset processing costs. This is actually less than we pay in fees. To help you avoid this we also accept Zelle and cash.
