If you are seeking end of life care for your pet, please fill out our request form and then text us (phone number is at the end of the form). We are a small practice but will respond as quickly as we can.

Our regular business hours are 8 am-7 pm every day. All house calls are by appointment only, and we do often have evening and weekend appointments available.
If this is an emergency please contact your veterinarian or take to an urgent care or 24-hour veterinary hospital.
Our independent, locally-owned mobile practice is based in Snyderville, just outside Park City, UT, and our service area includes 84098 and 84060. We are sometimes able to offer extended service in Kamas, Heber, Francis, Oakley, and Wanship.
