What This Type of Consultation Is For:
Quality of Life Assessments: Initial or ongoing evaluations to help you understand your pet's current comfort levels and overall well-being.
Symptom Review & Management: Discussion of your pet's current symptoms, behaviors, and pain levels, and advice on adjusting comfort strategies.
Palliative Care Plan Discussions: Reviewing existing plans or exploring new options for chronic illness management.
Nutritional & Environmental Guidance: Advice on diet, hydration, mobility aids, and home modifications to enhance your pet's comfort.
End-of-Life Planning: Compassionate discussions about prognosis, what to expect, and making informed decisions about your pet's final journey.
Emotional Support: Providing a space for families to express concerns and receive empathetic support.
We understand that sometimes an in-person quality of life consultation may transition to a euthanasia visit. We do not arrive with that assumption, but do come prepared just in case.
